More from San Diego

My sister took some great pictures while we were all in San Diego. I stole these from her blog :)

View from the bridge leading over to Coronado

Coronado Beach (you can see why we love it...pure white sand, and it's NEVER crowded here)

View of downtown Coronado from the military side of the beach...they keep the beach separated from the public beach with some barriers. It's nice because the military have their own private beach.

A helicopter about to land....the building is the military hotel we love to stay at. We were there for the day, so we didn't stay at the hotel. The landing strip for the aircraft is across the street from the hotel, so the kids really enjoy seeing things land and take-off when we are there.

Looking toward the parking lot

Prettiest military base I've ever seen :) Well, Hawaii is really pretty too :)

More from the bridge to Coronado as we return to the mainland

Off to lunch in Old Town San Diego...they have a little village setup here from remnants of the original San Diego Mission

Luke LOVES salsa and anything spicy. Everyone enjoyed watching him eat chips and salsa.

My end of the table

Our favorite restaurant in Old Town, Cafe Coyote. Old Town has some very unique restaurants, mostly Mexican. Anyone who is with us in San Diego will get to eat at Cafe Coyote.

...and off to the zoo!

Tub o' lemonade :)

We went through four of these at the zoo (free refills)

Yeah, I don't need to say anything more about this.
