We've spent the last week in North Carolina with my family. At my parent's house, we have my parents; my sister and her husband; my brother, his wife, and infant son; and then our family. It's been a full house, but we've all had a nice time.

Clay, my brother, with the two new babies...Wes (2 months-Clay's baby) and Alex (6 1/2 months)

Madison and Luke have enjoyed playing with their new cousin, Wes. They are both pretty good around babies since they are used to Alex.

Grandma and Grandpa have been enjoying Alex.

Uncle Harry and Aunt
Mer have been enjoying all of the kids (but are probably ready for some peace and quiet!).

Aunt Karen brought sugar cookies to decorate. Madison and I made 12 dozen sugar cookies before we came to NC, so she has had good experience! She loved it!
Mer and Mom cooking some yummy food

Clay with Baby Wes...Clay is heading to Afghanistan for another year soon.

Christmas Morning-Luke fell in love with his Buzz
Pez dispenser.

Presents from Santa

Luke asked for "big trucks" and got a police car, helicopter, and ambulance.

Opening more

The MAIN thing Madison asked for was a "Dora Mermaid Movie" and Santa brought it!

Alex tried on Madison's boots.

Luke was glad to get an Army dress-up costume.

Tough guy

Santa didn't forget the babies.

Alex had to take a bottle break.

Luke got an awesome helicopter.

Luke also got some work goggles.

Alex enjoyed opening his presents.

Clay
seeemed to enjoy Luke's Buzz
Lightyear boxing gloves.

Alex wanted to eat the boxes instead of play with the toys.

After opening the presents, the kids decided to play.

Alex had a blast in the saucer.

Luke is ready for a battle.

Madison, with her obsessive style, lined up the candy canes.

Later in the day, Clay and Wes took a rest.

Madison and Uncle Harry hung out together.

Silly Madison

Grandma has been enjoying her grandchildren. Here, she's snuggling with Wes and Madison.
Merry Christmas everyone! Madison has enjoyed singing "Happy Birthday to Jesus" today.
