Mint Chocolate Chip

My favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip. Edward, being that he doesn't like chocolate, doesn't eat it. Madison eats it, but it's not her favorite. Surprise, surprise, Luke likes it and enjoys eating it with me. Edward has been planning to make it for awhile, and he and Madison made it last Sunday. It's delicious, and I am very glad we have a new ice cream maker to try different recipes.
