If you have ever been to our house, you know we have a park directly behind our backyard. Our housing area here is a big square with all the homes backing up to the large park area. This morning, the guys had to jump, so Edward had to work. My friend, Sarah, from our church, came for a picnic with her two kids, as her husband (not military) had to work too. We had a really nice picnic at our park. Sarah brought Subway sandwiches from town, and I provided the drinks, chips, and cookies. The kids had a blast too.
Luke is becoming more and more of a little boy each day.

Fun morning! It wasn't quite the weather most of our friends and family are currently experiencing with the East Coast snow storm, but we'll take it. 80 degrees and sunny-not too bad in January (just really bad in July when it's 120+).
