A Visit with Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Andrew

We spent time last week visiting with our aunt and uncle who currently live in California. Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Andrew drove across the country to visit everyone for the holidays. They stopped by our house for a few days to catch up with Daddy, Mommy, and Madison and to meet Luke! We had a nice visit with them and their dog, Boss.

You might think it was summer by the pictures, but no, it's December. Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Andrew brought warm weather with them; it was in the 80's while they were at our house.

Madison loves dogs and identifies all family members by their dog. She made sure to spend quality time with Boss.

We think Aunt Jennifer really liked Madison's Doodle Pro; she made a lot of pictures with it.

Luke just liked grabbing the string. He's obsessed with anthing that dangles.

I had to show off my crawling skills while they were here.

We had such a nice visit with you, Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Andrew. We hope to see you again sometime soon. Daddy was glad he got to spend some time with you, even though it meant giving up sleep. Daddy was on nights last week, so while he should have been sleeping during the day, he stayed up to hang out with all of us. He's still catching up on his sleep.

Uncle Andrew, sorry you and Daddy didn't get to go hunting (Daddy had a lady in labor, so the planned outing was cancelled). We'd like to say that's the first time something has been cancelled because of Daddy's work, but that's far from true...Uncle Andrew, you'll just have to come and go hunting with Daddy after we move this summer.
