Yosemite

Toward the end of our vacation, we spent two days in Yosemite. It was absolutely beautiful. On a random coincidence, Edward's sister and her husband were driving back to their home in Death Valley, California from a summer in Alaska and happened to be driving through the same area at the same time. We met up with them for a day or so in Yosemite. It was great to see them, and they were able to meet Alex.

Luke was climbing EVERYTHING in sight and was absolutely filthy at the end of the day...typical boy.

He enjoyed hanging out with Andrew and specifically, wearing Andrew's hat.

A grouse...this picture is totally Edward's doing. I wouldn't otherwise be interested in taking a picture of a grouse.

Now, this is interesting!!!!! We saw a black bear!!!!!! We had just left Jennifer and Andrew so they could continue their trip. We were heading back to our hotel for the evening, when this black bear ran in front of the car. We were able to stop and watch him for awhile. It was awesome.
