Happy Easter!

Happy Easter from the Arizona desert...

Our front yard, ready for church...high of 85 degrees today

Before church, we had an egg hunt...
Luke found his Easter basket full of goodies.

The baskets all set out

Searching for eggs
"I think there is one over there."

Both had a good time finding the eggs' special hiding spots.

Counting out the eggs and finding the treats inside...

Madison's prized Easter treat...an Ariel for the pool. How random the Easter bunny knows the pool opens next weekend!

Ready for church...off to celebrate Jesus's resurrection.

Happy kids

Another decent shot
Silly Luke
Not-smiling Madison

After church, our Sunday School class went out to lunch. There's nowhere unique in Yuma; in fact, we're lucky to have the restaurants we do. We opted for a kid-friendly place, Chilis, since we had eight adults and six kids...Madison at almost four was the oldest! We were joined by our pastor and his wife, too, basically making it a "Yuma transplant" luncheon...all of us far away from family and friends, enjoying the day together.
Pastor Neil holding Baby Cooper (six months), the youngest. He had a rough job.

Most of the group-hey, it's hard to get everyone to look and smile.
Happy Easter!
