...and, an offer makes two

We're receiving a second written offer in the morning, and today we received a counter from the people who made the first offer. Our realtor is becoming my new best friend, as I've spent a great deal of time talking to her on the phone over the last few days. Hopefully, by the beginning of the week, we'll have a contract with someone!
