The inital gingerbread house
One of the worst things about our gingerbread house was that you had to let it sit for three hours before you could decorate it. Explain that to a three-year-old.
We had more candy, but two little people ate most of it.
Then, Aunt Jennifer brought me another gingerbread house kit. She bought hers at Wal-Mart. It was MUCH easier to assemble, and we had a lot of fun with it. Mommy knows she's artistically challenged, but the kit was really different. We learned in the future to buy our gingerbread kit from Wal-Mart. It makes a HUGE difference.
Here we are all ready to begin our craft project.
Luke had to jump in on the action.
He "helped" with the candy.
At one point, Aunt Jennifer called out, "I can't handle two of them!" Now she knows how Mommy feels all the time!
All done. Mommy and Daddy can't get me to stop this fake smile.
