Hanging out watching movies is a tiresome job.
The guys minus James
Up for a moment to attack Aunt Jennifer
Thanks to all of our family and friends for the wonderful gifts, mainly for the kids. They have really enjoyed them, and we are very blessed.
Hmmm, two large gifts from Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Andrew...what could they be?
Luke LOVED the tool belt set he received and wears it constantly.
Edward, modeling his new hunting vest from his brother and new Oakley sunglasses from me (sunglasses were a birthday present). Edward has never had a nice pair of sunglasses, nothing over $5, but with him sitting in the sun watching guys jump out of airplanes every morning, he needs to protect his eyes. Thanks to my Oakley hookup via Carin (thanks again Carin and Tony!), he has some nice new shades.
Checking out another birthday present-I made him a photo book on Snapfish of our move to Arizona
Luke in his tool belt gear
Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Andrew decided to challenge Madison's puzzle skills with a 300 piece puzzle.
The big presents were unwrapped, and they were sleds. Now, sleds in Arizona??? Yeah, right. Actually, the sleds are for sand sledding, something we're told is very popular. However, we found them quite useful on our Grand Canyon trip...stay tuned for pictures. Great gift, guys! Who would have thought sleds in AZ would be so useful?
Luke modeling his new pj's and tool belt, again.
Nana enjoyed reading Luke his favorite book, Mrs. Wishy-Washy while wearing the tool belt.
The next day, after church, Luke had fun riding on his new tricycle (again, notice the tool belt!). He's been dying for a "bike" and tries to ride Madison's princess bike all the time. He's not tall enough for a bike, so a trike is a perfect option for him.
