Our New Nativity

We gained a new nativity today to add to our Little People Nativity. My friend, Amy, has several of these nativity sets, very kid-friendly. They are hand-made and from the Elim Christian Mission in Poland. Apparently, military personnel stationed overseas love these and bring back several to sell. 100% of the proceeds go to the Christian mission in Poland to help provide basic utilities and such. People the mission support make all of the pieces to the nativity, and they don't' get any money until the sets are sold. Anyways, Amy acquired some from the previous chaplain here at YPG (who had brought back a bunch from Germany), and I was able to buy one of the sets. The kids love it, and I think it's going to be a great addition to our Christmas traditions in the years to come.
